The Rotary Club of Washburn is very proud to have unveiled our memorial honoring 2Lt. Edward Dahlgren in Veteran's Park during August Festival 2023. Lt. Dahlgren was a native of Perham, and Rotary is proud to honor his life and service to our nation.
